Benefits: After exhausting above mentioned options for resolution of the grievance (i.e. at the Stock-Broker level and escalation made to SEBI SCORES), if the investor/client is still not satisfied with the outcome, he/she/they can initiate dispute resolution through the SMART ODR Portal.
